First and foremost, we are a community and we seek small businesses whose employees (we like to call them “residents”) will contribute to the mix and vibrancy of the Mill.  We renovated the entire property between 2010 and 2013 with the objective of bringing the buildings into the 21st century without sacrificing the character or soul that has made the Bradford Mill a central part of the West Concord village since 1906.  We urge you to speak to existing residents to learn why they chose to join our community.
