Wheelhouse Garden

Rent our lovely garden with patio, deck, and large retractable awning.  Our Wi-Fi extends to this area and our relaxing fountain will get your creative juices flowing.

  • Capacity: 125 Standing Reception, 65 Seated

  • Rental Rate: $140/hour (Bradford Offices $120/hour; Nonprofits $60/hour)

  • Areas for food truck and catering buffet

  • Optional: Access to power and A/V

  • Rental Rate: $160/hour (Bradford Offices $140/hour; Nonprofits $70/hour)
